5. Prizes can be claimed in person from Centre management office after 29/12/2022 with proof of
identity during office hour.
6. Only completed forms are eligible entries. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed
invalid.
7. The prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the
Promoter, or its nominated agents, requires in their sole absolute discretion.
8. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot
